Personally I don’t like exercising in the super early morning because sometimes it makes me feel worse/more tired but if I do I like to set it up the night before, like lay out all my clothes and plan for what I’m going to do. I also like to eat a small thing so I don’t bonk then put on some music and go. Or start small with telling myself that I’m just gonna get dressed or put on my shoes and eventually go
