Normally I start with a warm up to feel my body (or a stretch if I’m not feeling like doing a proper workout). Then I tend to follow youtube videos and challenges to get 1) more toned 2) more flexible since that’s quite an issue.
If I want an “easier” workout I’ll just focus on one muscle group such as arms or legs
