What is the best time to meditation morning or evening

A great time to meditate is at night in my opinion. When I am doing the mindfulness meditation practice at night I feel like I am in a painting or a place where I kept thinking I want to meditate in.

I personally go with morning meditations, because they help me set the tone for the day. When I wake up, cortisol level is quite high, and mind starts spiralling as soon as I’m out of bed, so meditating at the beginning of the day helps me regulate my nervous system, clear mental clutter and feel more lucid. Also, adding some affirmations or having a good talk with ourselves can help boost confidence, sense of peace and trust in life. Something like “No matter what the challenges, I’m still here, alive and resilient, and I trust that I’m exactly where I need to be. I know I can have faith in myself and in the unfolding of things, for everything serves its purpose.” This, in particular, can work well with spiritual people who need to tune into their inner-core beliefes and keep a strong sense of faith

For me is the early morning. Before the day gets going. The mind is typically less agitated. It creates space and the solitude can almost feel sacred. But anytime is a good time to meditate. The evening is also great. If possible, meditate both in the morning and in the evening.
