Sometimes it just helps to have those quick breakfast items in your house, like eggs, cereal, oatmeal, peanut butter, bananas, etc… If possible, bake some breakfast muffins or egg muffins the day before so you can heat and eat right away

Prepare it at home if I can, get it from Dunkin/Starbucks/local cafes if I’m rushing and can run out and grab it – I would rather prioritize spending a little more money and maybe eating a little less healthy than not eating at all, if I have to.
