What is your favourite lean protein for breakfast?

As I am vegetarian I prefer to have sprouts for protein. Well, in breakfast I usually take fruits or healthy cooked food.

My favorite breakfast (that is healthy) is one egg, egg whites, and either two turkey sausage patties or a slice of cheese. Then I’ll have a piece of multi grain bread along with it. If I’m still hungry, I follow it with a piece of whole fruit.
