What is a Great Breakfast?

A great breakfast is one that gives your body, the energy and fuel it needs to get through the day. A great breakfast is when you enjoy and doesn’t weigh you down for the rest of the morning. A great breakfast keeps you satiated until lunch.

A great breakfast consists of protein and foods that you know will keep you going throughout the day. Personally, I love spinach is eggs in tortillas. They are little breakfast tacos. An assortment of fruits provides healthy surfaces that will keep you motivated as well. If you are pressed on time, I suggest a hearty cereal. One that is more grain than sugar.
