Do you have any life hacks about making a super quick breakfast?

Not really. The only hacks I can think of have to be prepared the night before, like overnight oats, or nutritious fruit muffins.

yes! a quick go-to for me is fried eggs with toast or a bagel :). another option is microwave oatmeal!! both of these things are under 10 mins total, and if there's extra time you can opt for scrambled eggs or oatmeal with chopped fruit

I like to enjoy a good smoothie in the mornings. The key is to have all of your ingredients ready to go so all you have to do once you wake up is to blend! You can also freeze the leftover smoothie and take it to go, just make sure to take it out of the freezer first thing in the morning. 🙂
