I have a nut allergy, any ideas for good nut-free easy breakfasts?

I'd suggest to eat fruit. For example, I often have breakfast with babanas. It is simple, healthy and quick if you are in a hurry for work!

You can make this three ingredient breakfast cookie recipe. (This recipe is from Clean and Delicious; you can find her on YouTube. This is straight from her website.)

1.5 cups oatmeal I used 1/2 cup rolled and 1 cup quick
2 medium bananas
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Mix together and cook for 12-15 minutes at 350 F.

You can also make some oatmeal, yogurt, and even a fruit salad for breakfast. The choices are endless!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I highly recommend honey. It's easy to digest, good for body, and full of energy. Some toast with honey will do 🙂
