I’m in love with my smoothie bowl: yoghurt, banana, peanut butter, oatmeal and almonds. What’s your favorite breakfast, that makes you jump out of bed and get into the kitchen?

Your answer is fabulous! I love my overnight oats with oatmeal black cherries walnuts and chia seeds and a bottle of water. Sometimes I have an apple on the side post workout. Great question!

For breakfast: I would have a oatmeal with raisins,Walnuts, dates, cinnamon, and sugar with almond milk. That’s breakfast for me.

It’s easier for me to eat when I know there is food already prepared. Sometimes I bake breakfast muffins packed with egg and veggies and those mornings are good, knowing food is already made. Add some avocado and a matcha latte and it’s perfect!
