Consider likely challenges and plan ahead accordingly – pack compact tools to help… eye mask/ear plugs/sound generator app (can use Fabulous too) for sleep; compact footwear, an exercise mat/towel, suitable clothing for working out; healthy shelf-stable snacks you’d enjoy, an empty water bottle to fill in the airport/gym, etc. Think ahead to what’s likely to derail you and make implementation commitments “if, then” for how you’ll handle changing situations.
