What do I do if I don’t have enough time to make breakfast?

Meal prep, obviously. Prepare breakfast the evening before or even earlier if you don’t have time, that should be fine as well. I recommend overnight oats. But there are thousands of recipes online! Go look them up 🙂

I resort to things that don’t need to be prepared. Nuts, seeds, dried berries. You can mix them up to create a trail mix of your own or eat them separately, depending on the mood that strikes. Simple fruits are great too, like a bowl of blueberries, grapes, even just an apple. And lastly, if it’s not absolutely crucial for you to prioritise healthy foods right now, consider putting that on the back burner. Grab a protein bar. Have that glass of juice with your food. Do what it takes to build the habit. You can fine tune it later.
