I am quite large. What are good exercises to start with?

Two things really help,

First, review the kind of food that you are eating and if it can be altered please do so.

Second, start with anything that can be done by you at this point. Walking, yoga, gym, CrossFit, swimming, sports

If you are large then I suggest to start with simple exercises and must include breathing exercise which helps to energize your body and calms your mind.
