What motivates you to finish up your workouts when you feel like giving up?

The endorphin rush that I’m go6ng to get at the end of the workout. Also, knowing that I’ll be I’ve step closer to a stronger me.

One of my “workouts” is simply 50 push-ups first thing in the morning without stopping. One thing that helps me stay on target and stop my mind from wandering is visualizing the count in a flashy font. Whatever your exercise goal is, is it’s repetitions, don’t count them out load. Focus on counting them in your head with those flashy numbers flashing right in front of you each time you complete one. Hopefully you can apply something like this to your workouts!
