How do you decide what workout to do each day?

I have several chronic illnesses and severe chronic pain. So, I have to base my daily exercise choices on how well I am feeling each day.
Also, I find that trying to keep it interesting by making different choices each day helps to keep me interested and I am less likely to skip a day.
Even if it is just a walk I go walk different trails or sections of trails around me.
Doing an exercise I enjoy is another good way to motivate myself to stay on track.
