I’d like to start incorporating a higher intensity workout into my day but I have difficulty finding the time. How do you find the time for more exercise?

Just do 15 minutes YouTube workouts. Put it in your agenda as an appointment. You don’t miss a doctor appointment. Leave your workouts clothes ready the day before . Set an alarm reminder. Just do it as a challenge fir 30 days. Celebrate every time you complete a workout, write something nice to yourself in your workouts journal. Yes you can!

I also have a busy life, But I try to Sleep earlier at night and wake up earlier the next day.
It's a great time to exercise.
You can have more intense workout in the weekend.
