How do I know which exercises are best for me.

It depends on what your goal is. There are very many exercises per each body part. Choose the exercises that you want to grow that piece of your body. You can do that through googling exercises for each body part. Many will show up.

First identify what your fitness goals are- is it gaining strength, losing wt, running fast, running for longer distances? Them consult ChatGPT and say hey this is my goal, I’m this years old and my current exercise level is this. It should give you a plan to slowly start your fitness journey. Also ask a PT if you know one

Firstly, I should look forward to the exercise and enjoy doing it. If I feel better for it afterwards, then I certainly know it’s the right one.
