I’m vegan so I eat vegetable milk with berries and bananas but I want a change, any suggestion?

You can make fruit salad for breakfast with a cup of orange juice this is healthy then for lunch you can make rice with cauliflower and a cup of coffee and eat snacks for dinner

1.plant milk + chia + cinnamon + maple syrup (prep night before).
2.plant milk -maple syrup and tahini drizzle for one cup, just add 1/2 tablespoon each of them. If u like to try this is get best for morning with one shot fresh espresso shot and a pinch of salt.
3.For a calming lavender sleep milk, gently heat 1 cup of plant milk with ½ teaspoon dried lavender over low heat for about 5 minutes (do not boil), then strain, stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon agave or date syrup, and drink warm before bed to help relax your mind and body for sleep.
