Maybe 10-20 minutes! I usually try to balance out time and how long it takes to make something healthy and delicious. Usually for this consists of fruit, some type of grain, bread, and eggs 🙂 But try to figure out what works best for you by experimenting different breakfast routines that all vary in time and food!
I take about 15-30 minutes for breakfast everyday. I always make sure to eat something for the meal, be it a couple fruits or a full blown sandwich.
