On work days I concentrate on protein smoothies; bananas, strawberries, blueberries along with plant protein powder and oatmeal. This gives me a long lasting morning meal. I can’t use milk products due to an allergy, I do use oat milk for the liquid in the smoothie. This along with my coffee gives me the energy for my morning.

Oatmeal and smoothies. I am up and at ‘em early as well but like to get moving and cooking in the kitchen is too slow paced to wake me up for breakfast. I was raised on oatmeal everyday for breakfast and it still holds as a hearty quick option. Take some packets to work and top with fruit. Smoothies are another great one, and add a bunch of ingredients but simple fruits and veggies with milk and yogurt make a great boost quickly.
