I like to exercise after work better than in the morning, but then sometimes it gets skipped if I have something to do. How can I improve this?

You can set multiple reminders one during work and one in the early evening so even if you still have errands to run you allow enough time in the evening for at least a walk outside

I think the easiest way would be to try to build the habit of exercising in the morning – even if you prefer it in the evening. You will get used to it in a short while. Otherwise if you skip your exercise only once in a while, isn’t that perfectly fine?
