If you go to a gym, how do you motivate yourself to go? If you exercise outside, what do you do in bad weather? If at home, do you feel you’re getting a sufficient workout?

I motivate myself to go by thinking of how good I am going to feel after, and I remind myself that I am there for myself, and no one else is paying attention to me. If I want to go for a walk but it’s raining, I usually check the weather to see if it is going to stop soon, but if not then I usually just wait til tomorrow. I do feel fulfilled at home because I usually only ever do workouts that only require my body and my dumbbells . Choosing exercises that are going to fulfill your workout in regards to your environment is key. I usually do ab workouts because they are very minimal.

I get really excited and get ready to go. I take my essentials, including my AirPods, to enjoy the workout. If the weather is bad, I choose a specific time when it’s a little cooler, and that’s okay because you have to accept the weather and adapt to it, especially when walking or exercising. I’m completely satisfied with that because I prepare well even after completing all the exercises. If I exercise at home, I don’t take as long or exert as much effort as I would outside.
