Recently I’ve been eating yogurt with whatever yummy toppings I have or want. I prefer vanilla yogurt, recently I’ve been topping with strawberries almonds and honey, but my go to is usually granola at the very least. Sometimes when I’m in a hurry or just having an off day where preparing breakfast isn’t something I can do, I eat a banana or an orange, then later if I have more energy I try to grab some toast or a bagel.
