I like to do a short yoga workout (typically a 10 minute one from Apple Fitness+). I enjoy the chance to stretch everything out and help my body feel warmed up and limber, and sometimes I’m able to choose a workout to help remedy any specific tightness or soreness in a specific body part. Start to finish it takes less than 15 minutes, so it’s easy to work into my routine getting ready in the morning, and I’ve really come to look forward to it.
