On “rest” days I will often still find myself winded when chasing after my toddler. We play hide and seek or she’ll ask for “airplane/rocket ships” and that will definitely count as my indoor exercise for the day.

Doesn’t happen very often when get rest days but when I do I do just that I rest, I catch up on sleep and enjoy the calmness of not having to do million things, I still make sure I get a good stretch in tho
