I play soccer competitively, so I don’t really think of it as working out as much as training to win games. But if I were to just do a workout on my own, I try to switch it up. Do fun workouts like swimming, biking, dancing, Pilates, etc.

I don’t work out to feel entertained. I do it for my health. I do it because I love to see my body expressing the effort in every built muscle. When I am training I try to literally feel those muscles working. No pain, no gain. Music helps. Try to join rhythm with each step as you walk or run.
