What alternative high protein healthy breakfast do you have other than porridge and eggs? (I don’t like fish )

Breakfast sausage with sautéed spinach. Maybe and apple but dress it with some cheese or yogurt and nuts. Maybe even a cup of broth with some rice, green onions and seaweed. Or maybe a protein smoothie but I add berries, flax seed oil, ground flax seed and peanut butter.
