First of, waking up early in the morning starts the day before. You need to wind down and go to sleep at the early to be able to get out of bed early.
The best breakfast on the go is the one you made an day before. I know people how store an week worth of breakfest in their freezer and only need to take it out the day before.
For easy breakfest on the go you could put yoghurt in an drinking cup (preference vanille flavoured at room temperature) or just bread and packaged topping.
