What’s the proper amount of eggs to eat for breakfast?

I usually eat 2 medium eggs with some veggies (pepper, tomato), avocado, and a piece of bread and that’s around 300 calories

I’d say as much as you’d like to have. Try listening to your body. Maybe one day you need more than another? Learn from your experiences and give your body what it asks for.
