How early do you get up to workout? And how do you mentally/physically roll out of bed.

Oof yeah, getting out of bed is really difficult because my bed feels SO good. Because of that I realized that I can’t pair 2 mentally and physically difficult things back to back. I tackle working out at different times during the day. In order to leave my bed, I work backwards from when I have to leave the house for my actual life to start. And I plan to include breakfast in that time. And so, because I hate being late, that’s what motivates me to get up.
