Unfortunately the struggles of life always come back to not having enough time. The reality is, we have plenty of time, its just properly making use of it! Waking up 30 minutes earlier gives you the extra 30 minutes to cook and eat a proper breakfast. You can easily offset it by going to sleep 30 minutes earlier. If thats too much, try starting with 15 or even 10 minutes earlier. Instead of toast and tea use the extra 10 minutes to make a proper sandwich! Work your way towards a better schedule.
