I ride my bike to work, and I feel like this counts as my morning exercise habit. Does anyone else count their commute as their exercise, or is it only effective when done in the first 30 minutes of awakening? Often times, I am commuting within the hour.

It’s lovely that you ride your bike to work, that’s totally exercise. I can’t count my commute as exercise because I usually take a cab. I don’t think time matters. You’re riding a bike any time of the day, it counts as excercise. So you’re doing great, keep it up!
