Fabolous has a 7 minute workout which work well, otherwise try other alternatives: can you cycley to work or better walk there? Can you take a shorter lunch break and use 30 mins of HIT? If you have a dog, taking it out for a walk can tunr into jogging and remember: being busy means that you have other priorities, question being if excercising and maintaining healthy life is of importance?
