How do you plan a routine when you’re fatigued from cancer treatment?

I would suggest you rest as much as possible because your body needs it and you can start by taking nice slow breaths and ask for help to turn your room into a lovely space and listen to some calming music and relax allow your body to repair itself and usually fatigue signals that the body has been under alot and so rest is all it needs to repair so dont force yourself to have a routine, when you feel better you can sit in the yard for some fresh air while having tea and a nice relaxing bathe.i wish you full recovery.😘

First of all, I bet you are very fatigued but accepting this challenge is so brave from you, keep strong, don’t give up. I know you can do this! You can start with small challenges, baby steps dear, they mean everything. You can try preparing stuff along the day. Like leaving a bottle of water near your bed, have veggies and fruits, nuts or dried fruit. You can also try cooking your meals along the day, in that way you won’t have to do everything all at once! It’s okay if you feel tired some days, you can also try precooked healthy meals or even ask for help, it’s totally okay and it’s a nice activity to do with a loved one! Try not skipping breakfast or use reminders for drinking water. Keep strong, I know it can be hard but you can do this and so much more!

What if we can’t exercise right now for example I broke my toe yesterday and am not allowed to walk on it a lot or exercise on it for a couple weeks
