I eat an apple or some other fruit/vegetable I like. That way I can still nourish my body while eating something I like.

Sometimes I don’t feel like eating something in the morning as well. But since we have to eat something, I would suggest like a banana or any kind of small fruit , which takes very less effort to eat or prepare . In that way you are eating something which is better than not eating at all .
