When it comes to exercise try to do high intensity training; whether that’s circuits, sprints, etc. You can find more by searching HIIT (high intensity interval training). I’ve found sprint training can be very effective, particular when performed in a pyramid set. I.e sprint 100m, walk 100m, sprint 200m, walk 200m, up to 500m and then back down to 100m.
Good luck 🙂
It is also good to take into account that with good exercise you must eat healthier. Reducing carbs will allow you to get through this challenge. I will suggest you to reduce consumption of bread, pasta, and any junk or fast food and increase protein ingest. I know that this may be harder, but if you visualize as a future version of you that looks amazingly, this can help you too. Also consider taking too much water (not soda, not commercial juices because they have lot of sugar, sometimes even more than soda).
I hope this could help you. I am not an English native speaker, but wish you the best and remember that we all can be a better version of ourselves if we believe it.
Good luck!

I start with neck and hand rotations, followed by full squats, leg raises, stepping up and down, push ups against the wall, twists, body bends, half squats and lunges.
After that, I lie down in the traditional yoga pose of Shavasana, to cool my body down and meditate fpr ten minutes.
This is just a basic on losing fat, for more information do your own research , but most importantly talk to your Doctor about what’s the best thing to do, and if is safe to do so. Thanks!
For higher-intensity exercises, such as fast-paced running, the body will rely more on carbs for fuel than fat. That's because the metabolic pathways available to break down carbs for energy are more efficient than the pathways available for fat breakdown. For long, slower exercise, fat is used more for energy than carbs.
Most people want to use fat for energy, which makes sense. You figure that the more fat you can use as fuel, the less fat you will have in your body. But, using more fat doesn't automatically lead to losing more fat. Understanding the best way to burn fat starts with some basic facts about how your body gets its energy. The body primarily uses fat and carbohydrates for fuel. A small amount of protein is used during exercise, but it's mainly used to repair the muscles after exercise. The ratio of these fuels will shift depending on the activity you're doing.
