Always have washed and sliced fruits in the fridge for. Yogurt is a no-brainer for mixing with fruits. So is oats cooked with water that you can directly add milk to if you don’t mind eating it old. You can also add fruits and nuts.

Yes eggs and avocado toast with some cracked black pepper in a container. Or you can boil eggs and set them up for the next day.

I love to have an egg scramble with many colorful vegetables every morning. Chopping the veggies for the week makes it easier and saves time every day.

Yes I do a fabulous recipe: put in a mixer 200g of different kinds of seeds, such as sunflower, sesame, etc…, and add rice milk or any vegetable drink you enjoy. Add 1 spoon of nuts, almonds, raw cashew nuts or any dry fruits you fancy. Put 2 spoons of raw coco and press the button. You'll get an amazing drink, tasty, fresh and energetic. And freen of sugars or additves. Just the best of the food: taste and vitamins! Enjoy😉

A favorite of mine is egg muffins. You whisk together all your eggs (about 1-2 per muffin), add any chopped veggies or meat, and then pour into a muffin tin. Bake at 350 for around 10 minutes and you have some quick breakfast bites! I also like making a large amount of scrambled eggs, folding them in a wheat or spinach wrap, and freezing them as breakfast burritos. Yogurt with fruit or overnight oats are good non egg options.

I like to do a smoothie with banana and almond milk. You can then add different things, other fruits 🥝 🍊 🍓, add agave syrup and cinnamon.

I love making healthy smoothies for breakfast. I usually make a batch big enough for 2 smoothies at a time so that I have breakfast prepared for a couple days. There are all sorts of recipes you can try, some of my favorites are a carrot cake one and a “green” smoothie with spinach, avocado, apples, and more!

I have not made it that far on prepping. I usually drink some eggs and eat a couple slices of bread. I would say i am kind of simple still.

I usually have coffee or tea, with a piece of fruit or juice and loaf of bread with whatever I can find in my fridge (veggie bacon, eggs…). Things that should be easy to cook

Yes, I do. Try energy and protein bars like almonds, raisins or dried cranberries. Banana and apple is also a good way to start a morning meal.

For me, I prefer to prepare a small portion of cereal, a glass of water, a yogurt and a piece of fruit. I feel like these options combined are enough to fuel and energise my body.
