You say something, like a mantra, during your meditation?

William U.
For me no, I practice a meditation style referred to as mindfulness. In some sense this is a practice of training one’s attention. I usually choose the breath as the object of focus. I sit for 10 minutes in the morning, focusing on the breath. Importantly, I’m not controlling the breath, the practice is to bring your attention to it; however it comes and explore the raw sensations of the breath. Just sit with experience as long as you can.
