That’s why we need to create a habit of gratitude until it won’t be hard anymore because it will become part of our system already.

Yes it is, but think what’s positive. Shift your mindset, don’t focus on what you can’t do. Just do positive simple things and do it often. You’ll see there will be change within you. Don’t forget to be grateful at the end of the day. Appreciate yourself.
