Yes I would like to know what kind of kind of exercise I can do in the morning?

Honestly, I do five minutes of stretches. I have an exercise app, and I just follow along, essentially, and my back doesn’t hurt as much in the morning.

I would either suggest morning yoga or Pilates both good ways to wake up the body
Or if you are just now wanting to start working out in the morning I would start with maybe 20 squats and 1 min plank and add on everyday to get your body used to working out without over working it
