Would you do 1+ hour long meditations? Why/why not?
Engaging in 1+ hour long meditations can be beneficial for deepening your practice and enhancing mindfulness. However, it’s essential to consider your personal goals and experience level. If you’re new to meditation, starting with shorter sessions may be more effective. As you build your routine, gradually increasing the duration can lead to lasting healthy habits. Remember, consistency is key in creating meaningful daily rituals that support your overall well-being.
No. Not only is this something that I would have to find a way to prioritize and that would make it so that I have to cut back on other things that are more important to me but also I do not currently have the ability to have my mind stay silent or on that sort of task for that long. So it would be less productive the longer I did it.
