No, you would need some more than that.To make it a complete breakfast, you should atleast include a fruit bowl or some toast.

For me no, while eggs are high in protein that alone with water is not enough to have a balanced breakfast. Where I am from we have a slightly heavier breakfast. I don't eat eggs, so rather than that I would a breakfast that has either bread, rice or something, some veggies, a cup of coffee/ tea and maybe fruit. These leave me feeling fuller longer and more energized.

No, not enough. There needs to be some fruits for energy and maybe oats or bread to not upset the stomach with just eggs
