Yes, it can be, but in my case meditation is that very simple and easy to do 🙂, because i just focusing on the breath and trying to get focused as long as i want, sometimes 5 min, sometimes 15 min, it is like interesting game with yourself. I do not use willpower in this case, if i don't want, i just stop it and return next day. I hope it was helpful. Thanks for reading. Good luck!
