Which method of meditation is most effective?

For me personally there isn’t one, it depends on my mood, if I’m restless i try to breathe and when i get distracted I’ll gently bring my attention back, sometimes I don’t have any thoughts and then I’ll go for a bodyscan, if I’m emotional I’ll sit with my emotions and allow myself to feel, everyone who practices it, has to try different techniques and find what works best for them
