I don't think there is a way for that.. waking up early is something nobody likes but doing it just shows the your power of will and how much you want to change
I’m a snoozer, 100%. But, I know my routine so well that I know when I MUST wake up and start my day. I’ve never been a morning person, so I still allow myself lots of time to wake up slowly. I set my alarm for 30 minutes before I know I have to be up so if I want, I can snooze if I want to and not be messed up with my routine.
I personally don't use any but I've heard of some that make you do a math problem to turn it off. Also, one thing that helps me get up is to have a cup of water as soon as I get out of bed.
