If you want to start doing so many habits at once, you may get overwhelmed at how much you wanna do, and you may become demotivated at the lack of progress youre making with all those habits. Write down all your goals for habits in a notebook, and start with one small habit at a time. Remember, slow and steady wins the race! Hope this helped 🙂
Most of the habits I have on my lists right now are things I always do, or almost always do in my routine. I added these as my first step of habits because I know they are things I already set time aside for, or want to make sure I set time aside for. Once I have better mastered, to me, these simple everyday things, I will be more inclined to set more healthy daily habits.
