when i feel anxiety i make meditate. I sit my bed and i open to music. But this music's hasn't lyrics. Just listen to music and i go to the deep of mind. I don't think. I forget people, feelings, future, past, now and I forget everything. And i go to take a shower. I feel comfortably when i listen water sound.
