Which fruits have slow sugars?

I dont understand, what you mean as slow sugars, but for snacking, fresh green grapes are great, they contain huge amount of water as well

all kinds of berries like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and lemon have low sugars. berries have high fiber content and lemon has citric acid and vitamin c which is necessary for the body.
