Which exercise is the most easiest for you?

The exercise I can do with less effort is certainly yoga, as I have been trying to do it every morning for a few years now, so even if not every morning at least 3/4 times a week as soon as I wake up I can without problems and without difficulty to do a 20-minute yoga workout. Other exercises I can do easily are jumping rope and lifting weights. One that weighs me a lot on the other hand is running: running requires a really great initial mental effort.
