Short ones. I really like the 1-minute workout because you can do it no matter how lazy you feel. Sure it doesn't do much but it's a great start to build a habit.

If you are trying to lose weight or build healthy habits I would say core workouts because they get your entire body moving.

A short walk can always be a good one, even on your down days. Getting out and moving can help clear your mind and calm yourself. But otherwise when your alright it can be relaxing.

exercises are mostly personal preferences, so i suggest you go through a bunch of exercises and perform the one that you feel most comfortable on a daily basis. For me, i personally like crunches, they're quick and easy for me, i usually do about 80 crunches daily. I would suggest a proper warm up before starting, hope this helps:)

Personally, I do a lot of exercises during my day. I recommend you do exercises that don't require a lot of space. Like lunges or squats. These exersices don't have to be something you do every day, but i recommend you do then atleast 2 times a week in a time you're free. They don't require a lot of space and help your body stay healthy. Good luck! I'm proud of how far you've come and I really do believe in you <3
