I prefer to meditate 5 times a day, once I wake up, after lunch, after finishing my work, after dinner and before bed. I do this normally in my room but when I am outside I find a place to set alone and do my thing.

I normally meditate sitting in my bed. I like to do it in complete darkness. I feel it helps me to fully immerse in the process.

It really depends! Today I meditated around noon at my desk, where I have my alter. I combined my meditation with my religious practice, since both are things I’ve been slacking on and need to get back in the habit of. I lit some candles and then turned on a guided meditation, sitting in my office chair. Other times, however, I’ve done it differently: in the evening while sitting on the floor; on the couch next to my family when I’m feeling in need of some de-stressing; in the early morning while looking out the window.

The best place to meditate is where you are comfortable and there is no perfect time and place to meditate you can do it anywhere trust me. Just focus on your breathing , when you inhale and exhale .or you can focus on the sound that are coming to your ears focus on the sound what it is where it is coming from how far is it coming from . You can do it anywhere in your room ,Bench , while laying down make sure your back is straight. You got this

Where: Somewhere comfy, that you can have peace and complete silence. Somewhere you feel safe, somewhere you can relax. When: When you are feeling stressed or upset, or have strong feelings and/or emotions. When you need to relax When you’ve had a rough day. When you need help with emotions.

If you can find a place where you feel safe — such as your bedroom, a library, or somewhere else where you feel comfortable — then that could be a good place to start. It’s usually recommended to be somewhere quiet and calm, but that part’s not *mandatory* — meditation is about centering yourself and being thoughtful, and there is value in being able to stay mindful and calm even when there’s chaos. It also depends on what you’re trying to achieve with your meditation.

My preferred setting for meditation varies a lot. Sometimes, I sit in my bedroom, and maybe light a candle or spray an essential oil — scents do a lot to help me relax. Sometimes I’ll be sitting on the couch while my dad plays Fallout next to me, or doing something else where it’s difficult to excuse myself but nothing is actually required of me, and I’ll meditate there. Sometimes I meditate with my eyes closed to prevent distraction and increase my focus, and sometimes I meditate with my eyes open, so that I can be in tune with my environment and practice *choosing* what stimulus I am focusing on. It all depends on what you’re going for, and on what is accessible to you at the moment!

In my current situation, the best place to meditate is when I’m all alone in my bedroom looking at the windows where the view is greenish
